I am Kamal Ahmed. I build WordPress plugins, web applications, and tools that make everyday work easier. My focus is clear code, dependable behaviour, and making complicated systems easier to maintain.

What I work on
WordPress has been a large part of my work since 2013: custom plugins and themes, integrations, maintenance, and performance. I also build with PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, and explore where AI tools can be useful in practical software.

I’ve contributed to the WordPress ecosystem through projects including Essential Addons for Elementor and rtMedia, as well as plugin development and translation on WordPress.org.
Why I write here
Building something is one kind of learning. Explaining it is another. This site is where I share practical tutorials, decisions behind the code, and notes I want to return to. The aim is to make each article useful enough that you can try the idea yourself.
